MISD Approved Compensation Plan

Moody Independent School District’s Compensation Plan serves as a key management tool to
establish a pay structure and guide decisions regarding employee compensation. The
compensation plan seeks to position district pay competitively within the local marketplace,
maintain equity among employees and establish guidelines for pay increases. This document
articulates pay criteria for all salaried and hourly employees.
The Moody ISD Compensation Plan was established based on the following Board of Trustee
goals:

● The district will have a competent faculty and staff that meets the needs of the students.
● The district will have a budget that is aligned with the academic needs of the students.
